These Terms of Service govern your use of the online store operated by Tydora LLC ("Tydora", "we", "us"). By visiting the store or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

2. Products and pricing

We make every effort to describe products, specifications and prices accurately. Product images are for illustration and colors may vary slightly. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Payment and financing

Payment is due at checkout. Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to their approval, rates and terms. Tydora LLC is not a lender.

5. Shipping

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier's delivery address.

6. Product use and safety

Electric bikes, scooters and related products must be assembled, maintained and operated according to the manufacturer's instructions and local laws. Always wear a helmet and appropriate protective gear. Some products are delivered partially assembled; we recommend professional assembly. You are responsible for following the speed, age and road rules that apply where you ride.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Except as stated in a manufacturer's warranty or required by law, products are sold "as is" without additional warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tydora LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
