Tydora LLC ships within the United States.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed after payment or financing approval is confirmed. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the product and the destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Large items
E-bikes and other large items ship by freight or ground carrier and may arrive partially assembled. Please follow the included instructions; professional assembly is recommended.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your package at delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.
